From Route 390, you will take the Avon exit and head east on Route 20.  Once you enter the traffic circle in the village, you will need to yield at the sign (red dot) before going straight unto Genesse Street.  On your left you will see the Village Avon Plaza sign.  You will turn left immediately before the red Enter Only sign and drive back and to your left to the village hall (circled in red).  It will be on your right. Parking is the area circled in blue.
