About Me

Hi, I'm Robyn!

Instructional Designer - eLearning Developer|I

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.  I was born and raised in Wyoming and consider myself an avid outdoor adventurer.  Even though nature can make me feel small and insignificant, it gives me perspective, clarity, and helps me feel energized.  My connection with nature allows me to see the big picture in all aspects of life and connect the dots to find solutions to any problem.  

With a strong background in instructional design, eLearning development, and a deep passion for creating engaging, learner-centered experiences, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to any team.  I have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, as well as experience with ADDIE and SAM instructional design models, which allows me to design highly effective training programs tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.

My commitment to ensuring that learners not only absorb information but also retain and apply it effectively in real-world contexts drives my ability to create interactive and visually appealing modules that enhance learner engagement. My experience with data-driven design allows me to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions and make iterative improvements based on learner feedback and performance metrics.

Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA)
