RoboTrust @ Workshop „Die Formen der Bio-Robotik“:
Prof. Dr. Dr. Ruth Stock-Homburg and Prof. Dr. Janine Wendt made a contribution at the workshop „Interdisziplinärer Workshop: Die Formen der Bio-Robotik – Verschmelzung von Biologie, Technik und Mensch“ organized by Dr. Marco Tamborini.
Prof. Dr. Dr. Ruth Stock-Homburg presented the topic “Responsible use of anthropomorphic robots in the non-manufacturing sector”, discussing the responsible use of anthropomorphic robots from a moral perspective. Giving the lecture “Does the path to responsible bio-robotics lead through the sandbox?”, Prof. Dr. Janine Wendt discussed legal aspects of the responsible use of robots. The importance of the RoboTrust group's team effort was highlighted and all involved (especially ZEVEDI) were thanked.

Visit of the Hessian Digital Minister (Darmstadt, Germany):
Prof. Dr. Oskar von Stryk had the pleasure of welcoming the Hessian Digital Minister Kristina Sinemus to the laboratory rooms of the Department of Simulation, System Optimization and Robotics as part of the visit of Secretary and CEO Hughes from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, USA. Here, the relevance of responsible human-robot interaction, especially considering the interdisciplinary influences, was presented and supported with a robot demo.

Leap in time Lab (Darmstadt, Germany) - Visit of the Hessian Digital Minister: We are pleased to welcome the Hessian Digital Minister Kristina Sinemus to RoboTrust as part of her summer trip. We were very happy to present our current state of research and to discuss findings, challenges and the future developement regarding responsible human-robot interaction. The Hessian Digital Minister spoke with RoboTrust-Scientists as well as our two research robots, namely our android robot Elenoide and our humanoid robot TIAGo++.
