An integral part of this project are also transnational meetings, which enable carrying out of project activities on the international level, the methods used in transnational meetings involve informal learning, job shadowing, observation and transfer of best practice.

Due to Covis pandemic, the first project meeting was realised much later than planned in the application form, we planned to include 3 teachers, 2 municipality workers and 2 non-school workers from each partner country, this goal was not reached because some participants fell ill or were in catranteen before the meeting. After the meeting the teachers will start working with virtual reality tools and work on virtual tours through their towns, partial result will be published in E-twinning.
Because of the fact, that our project was affected by COVID, some partners did not manage to send the number of participants which was planned in the application form. Because of this fact, we decided to organise an extra TNM to carry out final evaluation of project results, checking accounting and plan of costs and preparation for final report. During the stay we visited participating school Copernicus SG, evaluated the project with involved teachers and planned possibilities of future cooperation. We also had a meeting with the Mayor of Hoorn, as Hoorn and Pribram celebrated 30 years anniversary of cooperation last year. A plan of activities in the futeutre was approved involving education sport and culture.
At the very end of the project, we decided to organise and internatioanl final conference of our project. During the conference we presented all project activities and results, shared knowledge gained during the project with partners as well as representatives of all elementary schools which are funded by the Municiplity of Pribram. We also invited the contact person of our project form the National Agency in Prague, however she could not have participated. During the meeting we also checked documents needed for the final report and cleared financial matters.
