Hellcat V2

Hellcat V2 is the second iteration of our robot. It exhibits turret functionality giving the arm 180 degrees of motion, with this, its combined with faster motors and bigger mecanum wheels allowed us to get a top cycle time of 4 seconds. We also implemented a more rigid structure making it very resistent and strong.
