An IROS 2020 workshop - October 29 - Las Vegas
All papers must be original and will be subject to peer review. Accepted contributions will be made available on the website and invited for an oral or poster presentation while the authors retain the copyright. The following paper categories are welcome:
Full papers with a limit of 6 pages + references
Extended abstracts with a limit of 2 pages + references
Please use the ieee template available at http://ras.papercept.net/conferences/support/tex.php (for LaTeX) or http://ras.papercept.net/conferences/support/word.php (Word) when preparing a contribution and submit it using easychair.
Deadline: 03/09/2020
We plan to invite authors of the accepted papers to submit an extended version for inclusion in a special issue of Journal of Medical Internet Research - further details will follow.
Due to the ongoing pandemic there is some uncertainty on how the workshop will be carried out. While an in-person event is preferred, we will, obviously, adapt to the local regulations that apply by then and in any case be open for pragmatic solutions, e.g. enable participants to join online if they are affected by travel bans or similar.
We will make all presentations available as on-demand content. The authors of accepted papers are asked to prepare a video (3-5 minutes for short papers, 10-15 minutes for full papers). Please ensure that the first approx. 60 seconds of the video contain a pitch/summary - this will be featured at the synchronous online session on the 29th of October. Please ensure that the complete video is limited to 100 MB.
