In this app you get suggestions when creating trips in the logbook. Data in zour logbook is analyzed, so that new trips are prefilled with suggestions. If you make similar trips, you can check the pre-filled data and most likely only confirm them.
There is also the option of entering costs for refueling, repairs, insureance and more and evaluating them in statistical overviews.
In the basic version the APP is free of charge. You can purchase monthly subscriptions to expand the functions. These subscriptions can be canceled monthly without a specific notice period, so that a specific function can be activated for only a month if needed.
The expandable functions are the removal of advertising and the possibility to use the export function without limiting the number of trips to be exported.
Up to 20 trips can be exported as PDF or CSV export (suitable for spreadsheet software). If you want to export more trips, you need the premium subscription. You can buy this directly in the app.

Tracking for advertising
A technology from Google is used to place advertising within the app, which selects and displays personalized advertising content for you. If you do not want to receive personalized advertising, you can change this in your general mobile phone settings (usually under data protection and privacy). You can also opt out of advertising through in-app purchases in this app. Data such as the amount and duration of advertising displayed is shared within this app with the AdSense service from Google. The AdSense service from Google might also use your location for their service.
Access to your contacts
To make it easier for you to keep a logbook, you can access your address book from this app. So you can transfer names from there to the logbook. Since you have to select the contact before the transfer to the app and only this contact will then be transferred, no special Android authorization is required for this app.

All data that you enter in this app to keep a logbook are saved on your mobile phone and will not be passed on to third parties. If you use the Save app data in Google Cloud function, this data will also be saved in the Google Cloud. You can change this setting via the app management on your mobile phone. If you enter highly sensitive data in your logbook, be aware that that third parties can gain access to this data on your mobile phone through manipulation and that the app creator cannot be held responsible for the whereabouts and use of the data in the Google cloud.
For fields in the logbook where the user usually enters the name of a contact, the user can access the address book stored on the mobile phone by pressing a button and transfer contact data from there. If the user presses the corresponding button, he has to search for a contact directly in his address book. This is done outside of this app in the dedicated address book application on the mobile phone. Only after selecting a contact can this app access this contact and only the selected contact. This app does not have the necessary rights to access the contacts from the address book without this action and will never request them from the user.
Your location is determined and saved within this app. This happens every time you start or end a trip or enter an address. The purpose of this is to give you suggestions for addresses and other entries in the logbook. This location data is saved like the data for keeping a logbook. The previous section applies to these data. In addition, your location is used for advertising purposes (more details below) and to analyze app performance (more details below).
This app accesses a function of the mobile phone which allows conclusions to be drawn about the physical activities of the user. For this purpose, a function is used that is usually used in sports apps, for example to recognize whether you are jogging or cycling. The purpose of this is to recognize whether you have started a trip in the logbook app and later left your vehicle without promptly ending the trip in the logbook. This data is only processed within the app on your mobile phone and is not saved or shared. During the processing of this data, you may be shown a message as a reminder to finish your trip in the logbook.

In addition, in the event of app malfunctions, data is sent to Google servers that provide information about which program parts have led to a malfunction. The data can provide information about which function the user last used, before a malfunction occurred and in rare cases it could be possible to draw conclusions about the data last entered by the user. This data is stored in Google servers and the developer of this app cannot guarantee that this data is only used for this purpose and where and in which country this data is stored.

They are made available to the app developer in the form of statistics in order to determine which functions are used more or less frequently. This makes it possible to improve and further develop the app in order to improve the user experience. In addition, this data can be linked to statistics on advertisements and in-app purchases. This allows to target groups of users, such as paying users, to be considered separately in the app development.
