The Royal Military Police (RMP) is the corps of the British Army responsible for the policing of army service personnel, and for providing a military police.

The Grenadier Guards are one of the most senior infantry regiments in the British Army. Fast and mobile, they specialise in Light Role Infantry operations, often using light vehicles such as quad bikes to get around. They are ready to deploy anywhere in the world at short notice.

The Army Air Corps (AAC) is the combat aviation arm of the British Army. Recognisable by their distinctive blue berets, AAC soldiers deliver firepower from battlefield helicopters and fixed wing aircraft to overwhelm and defeat enemy forces.

The Parachute Regiment leads from the front as airborne Infantry. Of the four battalions, one is permanently at High Readiness for world wide intervention operations. 1 PARA is in role as the Special Forces Support Group

Forged in the adversity of World War I, the Royal Tank Regiment (RTR) is the oldest tank unit in the world. Its arsenal includes the Challenger 2 battle tank, the Scimitar reconnaissance vehicle, and the Spartan armoured personnel carrier.

The Special Air Service (SAS) is famous around the world. Its highly trained men are renowned for their skills in covert surveillance, close-combat fighting and hostage rescue.

The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) is where all officers in the British Army are trained to take on the responsibility of leading their soldiers. During training, all officer cadets learn to live by the academy's motto: 'Serve to Lead'

The Infantry Training Centre is a unit of the British Army, administered by HQ School of Infantry and responsible for the basic training and advanced training of soldiers and officers joining the infantry.
