In my Current role as an IT Help Desk Support Specialist at MMCY Tech, I Sharpen my abilities in providing comprehensive technical assistance. I am proficient in modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and expertise in content management system (CMS) such as WordPress, focusing on responsive design and intuitive user experiences.
