Using the knowledge and information learned over the years, through my undergraduate and graduate degrees, and with the aim of helping others reach their own goals and successes, I thought by putting together a training program designed mainly for "the summer collegiate baseball player" it would give those athletes who are on their own during that phase in their collegiate athletic journey, a guide, or at least a reference point so they can continue to progress and develop as an athlete.
