Injuries / Set Backs Along the Way

• Broken leg x2

• pulled Hamstring x 6

• broken nose

• Sprained Wrist

• Sprained throwing finger

• Separated AC joint

• Turf Toe

• Pulled Groin

• Strained UCL

These are just the mid to major ones that I remember, but the most important take away is that if it wasn't for these challenges (Injuries), I would not have the perspective on helping others navigate through their own injuries or challenges like I do now. Also the perspective and mental re-framing that I have learned dealing with injury after injury, gave me the opportunity to heal and get back into the game right where I left off.
