At the start of the project I developed a simple paper prototype to show a game concept to the team. This was made with paper, coins from a monopoly variant and a dice rolling mobile app. After explaining the rules, the rest of the group played through the game and later this prototype would become the sectors mechanic within the final game.
Through development we would meet most week days to undertake tasks and review our progress for the game. We also had meeting with the clients to discuss and showcase our progress and new ideas. During the development stage, lockdown began, so meeting in person became video calls and the original plan to record all the audio in the recording studio had to be scrapped
By the end of the project we had a working prototype that could be played start to finish. We had a trailer completed for the game and some promotional images created by our artists.
