Connecting with students and connecting them with Jesus and community is all about relationships. It's about getting to know someone, entering into life with them, and sharing Jesus with them; maybe, for the very first time! Since we believe that there is real competition for the hearts and minds of people, we desire to connect them with Jesus and Christ-centered community.
To connect people to Jesus and community we:

We help students grow by:
Helping plan and lead campus retreats and larger nation-wide conferences with Cru
Leading small groups and equipping students to lead other small groups
Mentoring students in one-on-one relationships
Helping students grow in their confidence to share their faith with others
Local Church Involvement
Helping students find and become involved at a local church is of vital importance to us. We see parachurch organizations and local churches as partners both seeking the same goal: God's kingdom on earth. College is such a difficult time for many students that often a local church for them at their university location becomes a home away from home. At local churches they receive biblical teaching, have a place for multi-generational community, worship God, plug into community, and serve. In our discipleship of students, we hope to see students see that the local church is a necessity for them now and in the future upon graduation.

We know that 98% of students in our ministries are not going to go into full-time Christian work and that's great! We desire for our students to be equipped to multiply their faith wherever they are or go for the rest of their life. We truly believe we are equipping the next generation of Christian leaders who will go out into all the world through their various careers.

We want students to know what it means to walk with God for 40+ years of their lives, rather than just 4 years in college.

To do this we:
Plan and lead summer mission trips that students can go on
Equip students to serve and lead in a local church, since once they are out of college this is where their community will come from.
Help students know what it will look like to be a light in their work-place and community wherever they go.
