8:00 - 8:30: Drop off, warm up free skate
8:30 - 9:30: Drive to skate park location for the day
9:30 - 10:00: Skate park check out and stretch
10:00- 12:00: Skate and personalized lessons
12:00 - 12:30: Lunch
12:30 - 1: 00: Free skate
1:00 - 3:00: Swim break to cool off
3:00 - 4:00: Drive back to pick up location, snack
4:00 - 5:00: Pick up, free skate
Skateboard (Walmart, Target and Amazon skateboards not recommended)
Helmet (Required)
Pads (Recommended, not required)

Lunch that will sustain heavy activity
Swim clothes and towel
Level 1 - Minor injuries like scrapes will be bandaged. Skate Camp has a stocked first aid kit.
Level 2 - Medium injuries like tweaks, bruises and big scrapes will be bandaged and the skater will rest as long as needed.
Level 3 - Injuries like sprains, will be bandaged, elevated, and iced. Parents will be contacted immediately. Skater can remain in camp, but may rest for the remainder of the day.
Level 4 - Injuries that are not emergencies, but do require medical attention like possible fractures or bad sprains will be made comfortable Parents will be contacted immediately. Skate camp will depart from park ASAP to meet parent at pick up location. This plan ensures quickest possible care without an ambulance ride.
Level 5 - Serious injuries like obvious fractures that require immediate medical attention will result in immediate parent contact and Emergency service (911) contact. Van or ambulance will transport to nearest medical center. Skate camp will remain with camper at medical center location until a parent arrives.
Paper copies of these forms will be available to fill out in person on the first day of camp. They can also be printed off and filled out prior to camp if you would like.
