1. Playtest Registration

1.3. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee selection for the playtest. CB Tech NZ reserves the right to select participants at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

3.1. As a playtester, you may be exposed to "Confidential Information," which includes, but is not limited to, game mechanics, storylines, graphics, software builds, and development plans.

3.2. You agree to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential. You shall not record, screenshot, stream, or disclose any aspect of the game to any third party (including social media) without the prior written consent of CB Tech NZ.

3.3. This obligation of confidentiality continues even after the playtest period has ended.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All rights, title, and interest in "Road to Kindness," including all software, art, music, and text, are the exclusive property of Community Bridge Technologies Charitable Trust.

4.2. Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by you during the playtest process become the property of CB Tech NZ. You agree that CB Tech NZ may use such feedback for any purpose without compensation or credit to you.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. You agree to use the website and participate in the playtest in a manner that is respectful and lawful.

5.2. You must not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the website or any game builds provided to you.

6. Privacy and Data Collection
