Analyze: I begin by connecting with stakeholders, identifying the goals and gathering information about learners, gaps, and subject.
Design: The next step is to choosing the modality that best suits the goals and creating a design document and storyboard. This is an iterative process that may involve one or more rounds of review.
Develop: The final steps involve developing the content and evaluating its effectiveness. This is an iterative process that involves reviews by stakeholders and several levels of evaluation.

This storyboard was written for a Storyline 360 eLearning to ensure that in the event of a fire emergency, 100% of patient care employees and volunteers would be able to follow basic procedures to protect themselves and their patients. This training also fulfilled several OSHA requirements for employee fire safety under Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1910 Subpart L.
