Exceptions to the Warranty:
This warranty does not cover the following:
1. Physical damage.
2. Liquid damage.
3. Any damage caused by rooting/jail-breaking a device.
4. Removable covers, such as battery covers, port/interface covers, and lens caps.
5. Items with single-use codes, e.g., software, game activation codes, or subscription codes.
6. Removable consumable parts - Consumable parts that degenerate over time but are not fixed, e.g., batteries, bulbs, will be covered for 30 days from purchase.
7. Non-removable consumable parts - sealed batteries will be covered for the full duration of the warranty.
8. RMT bears no responsibility for your loss of data. Please ensure that all data is removed from the device before booking it for warranty or returning the device.
Refunds and Warranty Claims:
1. If the product sold by RMT is found to be faulty or develops a fault within the first 30 days of sale, RMT will refund to the original value and via the same payment method.
2. If the product develops a fault after 30 days and within 6 months of sale, RMT will fully test the defective product to verify the fault. RMT will repair or replace the product if it is found defective; otherwise, it will be handed back to you or dispatched back to you in the case of online orders. If you have already had a repair/replacement that has become faulty again, the refund processed would be to the original value as per the Terms of Use. If a refund is done within 6 months of the original purchase, it will be for the original amount paid.
3. If the product develops a fault after 6 months and before 24 months from the date of sale, RMT will replace/repair the product. If you have already had a repair/replacement that has become faulty again, the refund processed would be for the current value/original value (whichever is lower) as per the Terms of Use.
4. All products sent to RMT for refund or return under warranty are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Prior to RMT receiving such products, the risk of loss and title for such products remain with the Customer.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover physical damage, damage, or failures resulting from:
- Accident
- Misuse
- Abuse
- Neglect
- Mishandling
- Misapplication
- Faulty installation
- Improper maintenance
- Improper voltage supply
- Interference from or with other electronic devices
- Alteration
- Improper modification
- Firmware flashing
- BIOS flashing
- Service by anyone other than RMT or an agent approved by RMT.

Warranty and Product Returns:
22.1 Any Product that fails our Warranty testing procedures will be returned to the customer upon request. The return will be made using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar reputable courier service.
22.2 A tracking number for the return package can be provided upon request to the customer.
22.3 RestartMyTech (RMT) takes utmost care of our products before and after the sale. However, RMT will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged Products among failed Warranty Products after the testing procedure has been completed.
Please Note:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned product is appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
If the returned product is found to be in good working condition during testing, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
RMT reserves the right to assess the returned product to determine the validity of the warranty claim.
Products that fail the Warranty testing procedure may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund, as per RMT's warranty policy.
RMT will not be responsible for any loss of data or personal information during the warranty process. Customers are advised to back up their data before sending the product for testing.
The warranty provided by RMT covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to damages caused by user negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
RMT's warranty policy may be subject to change without prior notice. Any updates or modifications to the warranty terms will be communicated to customers through our website.
Compatibility Responsibility:
You understand and acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you possess the relevant compatible accessories, suitable power step-downs, equipment, software, display devices, and any other necessary machinery or items to safely connect our products to power supplies, mains power, batteries, and other devices. RMT shall not be liable for any damages or issues arising from the use of our products without the appropriate compatible accessories and equipment.
Limitation of Units Sold:
To maintain appropriate demand and supply, and ensure "natural" price fluctuations and stock availability for the benefit of all our customers, RMT reserves the right to limit the number of units of any particular item sold to any individual customer at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, product quantity restrictions for specific promotions or sale events.
