Wow! That's really a great achievement for the Redwood S&D team! Congratulations to those students who won the awards! For all students who participated in this event, it will bring such a great experience and will benefit for the future tournaments. Here I'd like to thank the RMS S&D booster team and excellent coaches! There is a lot of work behind to prepare the whole RMS team for the tournament. Those parents are volunteers and have spent a lot of time and endless efforts to make sure the smooth logistics for the event. We also have awesome coaches, who have spent so much time teaching our students. They are very responsible, patient and excellent! Without all of their efforts, our students wouldn't be able to join the tournament and make such a great achievement. As a parent, it's really appreciated by what they have done for our students!
Thanks to the parent volunteers who helped coordinate the event. This could not have happened without your tireless efforts and attention to detail ! And thanks to all the parents who judged the events. Even though it was remote I think it was good practice for all the kids who participated in the event and a great learning experience.
As a first time judge, I really enjoyed listening to the student's excellent debates, and learned a lot. I also suddenly had lots of common topics with my kid, and enjoyed great conversations with him. So I really suggest people who never did judge before, try once. Huge kudos to coaches and the booster team for their hard work and dedication.
