Scoresheets are paid on a weekly basis, before every Sunday game. They cost $80 per team. There are 3 methods for a team to handles the scoresheet. These methods are:
Team Rep Pays First (and split via Teammo):
The team rep initially covers the scoresheet fee.
All players then repay the team rep, with scoresheet splitted, using Teammo.
Team Rep Pays First (and reimburse via Bank Transfer):
The team rep pays the scoresheet fee upfront.
Team members repay the team rep through bank transfer.
Rotating Payment Responsibility:
Team members take turns covering the scoresheet fee each week.
A rotation schedule is established to ensure fairness.
Discuss which of the following your team would like to follow.
Regardless of which method is used, The scoresheet is paid to the organization (MCBA) through Teammo. This means, if the first or second method is chosen, where the team rep pays first, only the team rep needs to have the Teammo app. However, if the third option is chosen, where everyone takes turn in paying the full scoresheet, then all team members will need to download and use Teammo. Information on how to navigate through the teammo app can be found on the "mHOW to Page"
Players can either split the scoresheet through the Teammo app itself (first method) or manually be reimbursed, by using traditional transfer methods like BSB and account number (second method).
It is important to note that using the Teammo app to split and repay the scoresheet, incurs a fee of 1.9% + $0.20 per transaction. This means that if a player intends in repaying $16 back to the team rep, the player is paying $16.50, an additional 50 cents, which goes to the app.
The reason for using the Teammo app to split and repay scoresheets, despite the transaction fees, is that it simplifies tracking who has paid and who hasn’t. This makes it easier for the team rep to manage payments efficiently. However, splitting the scoresheet through the app is not mandatory. By choosing to manually track teammates’ payments, the fees can be avoided, although it does requires a bit more effort and organization.
