I live in L'Aquila, a little city in the middle of Italy. The place is surrounded by mountains, very close to Gran Sasso. When I am not with friends, I enjoy peaceful and relaxing activities, such as watching movies, reading mangas, playing videogames!
I am a PostDoc researcher at GSSI (IT), and part of the Computer Science group. My mathematical interests mainly concern Probability and Graph theory: in particular, my PhD studied the influence of geometry in networks and their observables, such as motifs.
I studied Mathematics at University of Padua (IT). There, I received my Bachelor's and Master's degree. My PhD was achieved at University of Twente (NL). My background is mainly focused on probability theory and applied mathematics.
Since the beginning of my studies, I have been socially involved in ASU Padova, the students' association of my city. I spent many years as a representative student and as a member of the board of administration of the University.
