允許民衆自行私下解決糾紛，在公開區域將影響別人包括吵架、引戰、挑釁、歧視，視爲犯法。

第七條

南極帝國人民，無分男女、宗教、種族、階級、黨派，在法律上一律平等。

南極帝國享有言論自由，以及行爲自主權（不包括歧視君主言論）

（8.1）民衆應履行個人向別人所訂立的承諾，就算口頭承諾也按憲法規管。

第九條

所有國家政策應由南極帝國皇室/皇家立法院所修訂，并由民衆投票進行最後決議。【民衆有權參與或拒絕參加投票】

第十條

南極帝國國旗應該有紅色米字及藍色背景，并且中間印有皇家企鵝。侵犯國旗行爲包括：侮辱、踩踏等。

第十一條

國民不能發送有關極端民族主義的言論及社會主義言論。
