You can request deletion of your RK Watch Faces account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how the process works and what data will be removed.
1. HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
There are two ways to delete your account:
Option A — In-App (recommended)
1. Open the RK Watch Faces app on your phone
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option B — By Email Request
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:

In your email, please include:
- The Google account email address associated with your RK Watch Faces account
- The subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.
2. WHAT DATA IS DELETED
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Your Google account identifier
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar reference)
- Your library of purchased and downloaded watch faces
- Your favorites and preferences
- Your subscription status (if applicable)
- Your push notification token
- Your Firestore user document and all associated records
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
3. WHAT DATA MAY BE RETAINED
For legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, the following minimal information may be retained for up to 24 months:
- Transaction records of past purchases (required by Google Play and tax authorities)
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to your identity
This retained data does not contain personally identifiable information about your account.
4. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Please note:
- Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To cancel a subscription, please visit Google Play > Payments & Subscriptions on your device before deleting your account.
- Past purchases cannot be refunded simply because the account was deleted. Refund requests must follow Google Play's refund policy: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
- After deletion, you will lose access to all previously purchased watch faces. You will need to repurchase them if you create a new account in the future.
5. TIMELINE
- In-app deletion: Immediate
- Email request: Within 7 business days
After deletion is processed, anonymous analytics data may persist for up to 14 months in accordance with Firebase Analytics defaults. This data is not linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you.
