This Privacy Policy describes how Wildcard Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the RK Watch Faces marketplace application ("the App"), available on Google Play.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a) Account Information
When you sign in with Google, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your Google profile picture (avatar)
- A unique Google account identifier
This information is used solely to identify you across devices, sync your purchases, and personalize your experience.
b) Usage Data (Analytics)
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics, including:
- App opens and screen views
- Features used (categories browsed, watch faces favorited)
- Device type and operating system version
- Approximate region (country-level)
- Advertising ID (used only for analytics, not for serving ads)
We do not display advertisements in the App.
c) Push Notification Token
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you notifications about new watch faces, updates, and promotions. To do this, we store a device-specific push notification token. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
d) Purchase and Library Data
We store the following in Firebase Firestore:
- A list of watch faces you have purchased or downloaded
- Your favorites and preferences
- Your subscription status (if applicable)
We do not store payment details. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the App's functionality
- Sync your purchased watch faces and preferences across devices
- Send you optional notifications about new content
- Improve the App based on anonymous usage trends
- Process and verify purchases through Google Play
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Google Sign-In: For authentication

- GitHub (Content Delivery): To deliver watch face image previews and installation files. No personal data is shared with GitHub; only anonymous file requests are made.
4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We may share information only in these limited cases:
- With Google services (as listed above), to provide core App functionality
- If required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your account data as long as you have an active account.
If you delete your account, all personal data (including your library, favorites, and Firestore documents) is permanently removed within 30 days.
Anonymous analytics data may be retained for up to 14 months in accordance with Firebase Analytics defaults.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent at any time by deleting the App and your account
To delete your account, you can either:
- Use the in-app "Delete Account" option (Profile > Delete Account), or

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
8. SECURITY
We use industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all data transfers and Firebase's built-in security rules. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, in particular on Google Cloud servers operated by Firebase. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
