• Well acquainted in synthesis of materials involving vacuum sealing and high temperature furnaces, growing single crystals by solution based methods and thin films by Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD).

• Well trained in characterizing and probing materials by Powder X-ray Diffraction (PXRD), Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy (DRS), Dielectric Impedance Analyser, Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS), Wire-bonding, UV-Visible and Infra-red spectroscopy, Diffused Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA).
