Family - entrepreneurs and business owners sometime have a hard time balancing family life and work. Make it a priority to keep reevaluating and focusing on your family needs.

• Work Hard – my philosophy is to work hard each day with no complaints.

• Faith – understand that your hard honest work will be rewarded.

• Giveback – seek ways to help others everyday when you can, with no alternative motive. Even when if it’s just a few words of encouragement.

• Stay Ethical – never focus on the money first or just tell a customer what they want to hear. Identify if you can provide the product or service the customer is needing. Then negotiate a fair deal.
