I'm passionate about empowering women to recognise the validity of their traumas, reassuring them that they are not "broken" and that are more than worthy of healing.
A lot of our gaslighting stems from the diet and fitness cultures that surround us. As a Personal Trainer & Nutritionist, I experienced this first hand and have helped countless women on their journeys to rediscover who the person is that diet culture shamed away
My work led me to become a trauma-informed life coach and a Root Cause Therapist, and having experienced my own share of grief and loss, I learnt the value of creating safe spaces where people feel comfortable sharing their deepest struggles. We all have our shadows, and I believe that there's no shame in owning them. I'm here to champion vulnerability as the key to healing, offering a judgment-free space for anyone who needs it

Often, when it comes to emotional eating, we know it’s never about the food but about the beliefs we hold about ourselves.
Beliefs like “Food soothes me,” “I am lazy,” “I must prioritise others’ needs,” “I can only be happy if I’m skinny,” and “I don’t deserve to be happy” are deeply embedded in our nervous systems and sabotage our efforts.
Root Cause Therapy focuses on finding and releasing these beliefs.

Root Cause Therapy helps identify the moment a limiting belief was formed, based on the idea that unresolved past trauma impacts the present.
Through techniques like guided exploration, breathwork, muscle testing, and regression, it aids in processing and releasing trapped emotions behind negative thoughts and behaviors.
By exploring the emotions tied to these memories, it offers a deeper understanding and compassionate release of beliefs that hold you back.
In our sessions, we’ll explore paths to healing, identify areas needing care, and work towards inner peace and self-awareness.
