When deep cleaning, we clean and sanitize upholstered furniture, doors, baseboards, windowsills, glass, window tracks and blinds, counters and tabletops. We also clean and disinfect light switches, door handles and vents, descale shower heads, clean grout, clean and sanitize bathroom sinks and countertops, mirrors, bathtubs, shower walls and toilets, mopping bathroom floors, mopping all floors, washing one sink full of dishes in the dishwasher, vacuuming and dusting furniture, removing all trash, making beds, wiping cupboard doors, spot cleaning walls, removing cobwebs, general tidying up and organizing of clutter and spot cleaning stains or spills .
Weekly or Bi-weekly Scheduled Clean
Weekly or bi-weekly cleaning refers to a regular cleaning schedule where we complete cleaning tasks for our clients either once a week or once every two weeks. This type of cleaning routine is common in households and commercial spaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene on a consistent basis. Weekly cleaning typically involves more frequent cleaning tasks to keep the space tidy and free from dirt and grime buildup. It includes vacuuming or sweeping floors, mopping hard floors, dusting surfaces, furniture, and fixtures, wiping down counter tops, tables, and other surfaces, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, bathtubs and showers, emptying trash bins, changing bed linens (if applicable), general tidying up and organizing of clutter and spot cleaning stains or spills. Bi-weekly cleaning may involve slightly more intensive cleaning tasks to address any buildup or neglected areas since the last cleaning session.
*Both weekly and bi-weekly cleaning schedules can be customized based on the specific needs and preferences of the individuals or businesses involved.

Post Construction Cleaning
Post-construction cleaning refers to the thorough cleaning process that takes place after construction or renovation work has been completed in a building or property. This type of cleaning is essential to remove debris, dust, and other construction-related residues that accumulate during the construction process.
Our post-construction cleaning typically involves several stages, including:
Initial Cleaning: This involves the removal of large debris, such as wood scraps, packaging materials, and other construction waste.
Rough Cleaning: The rough cleaning phase involves removing dust, dirt, and debris from surfaces such as floors, walls, and ceilings. This involves sweeping, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces.
Detail Cleaning: Detail cleaning focuses on removing finer particles of dust and grime from surfaces then vacuuming or sweeping and mopping to ensure the property is both cleaned and sanitized. We make sure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned by using specialized equipment, tools and cleaning agents.
Final Touches: This is the stage where we complete a final inspection to ensure that all areas have been properly cleaned and any remaining debris or dust has been removed. During this phase, we also polish surfaces and make final adjustments so that the space is ready for occupancy.
Move in/ Move out Deep Clean
Move-in and move out cleaning both refer to a thorough cleaning process performed before moving into or after moving out of a home or apartment. This type of cleaning is typically more extensive than regular maintenance cleaning and aims to ensure that the space is clean, sanitized, and ready for occupancy. Move in/ out cleaning may include tasks such as deep cleaning floors, carpets, and surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, dusting all areas, wiping down and wiping out cabinets and appliances, and removing any debris or residue left behind from previous occupants. Our goal is to create a fresh and welcoming environment for the new residents.
