As often as you need to. We offer flexible time frames and cleaning frequencies such as daily, weekly, bi weekly etc. Our recommendation is for you to select a time frame that is more frequent for high traffic businesses or for homes with kids, pets, or people who have compromised immune systems.
We assure you that we are very responsible and trustworthy and would take care of your home as if it were our very own. You do not have to be home during the cleaning, but we would need access to your home. It’s the clients’ responsibility to ensure that we have alarm codes, keys and instructions for locking up (if applicable), though we will not leave your home unattended. It is also perfectly fine to be home while we clean.
We can assure that when you select Eco- friendly cleaning, we use natural products that are not harmful to people, animals or the environment. Our company generally uses Eco- friendly products whenever possible.
For homes, the time frame depends on the size of your house and the type of cleaning service you will receive. It typically takes us from 2 hours up to 6 hours depending on the square footage or the amount of rooms and bathrooms that will be cleaned or whether the home will receive a general or a deep clean. For an office building, it would typically take us between 2 and 4 hours depending on the size of the space.
We accommodate special requests regarding what you need. For example, you might need a deep cleaning on a certain area of the home and just a light dusting in another room. As long as you openly communicate and tell us what you need, we will specify whether or not we can fulfill those requests.

Yes, before a client completes booking with us, we offer a free quote according to the information we receive. Call or fill out the free quote form and receive your quote today. For commercial cleaning, a quote is offered after we complete a walk through.
We require a 24 hour notice for appointment rescheduling and cancellations otherwise, a fee of 15% of the overall estimate would be added. Once we are notified in the proper time frame, we can reschedule at a time convenient to the client.
Fill out the free quote form and we will email a quoted estimate. If you sign the included agreement acknowledging that you consent to the terms, we will collaborate with you on a date and time that we can come and clean your home. You can then submit your payment of cash, check or Wire transfer (ACH) with the details you'll be given. If paying by cash or check, payment is due in full on the day of cleaning.
Businesses that are contracted with us for commercial cleaning services will be invoiced and can pay via Check, ACH or with credit or debit through the secure payment platform our company uses.
