These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the application operated by Riyad El-Qasery.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the App.

The App provides image-processing and transformation functionality.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. AI-Generated and Transformed Content

AI-generated or transformed results may not always be accurate, complete, or predictable.

You are responsible for reviewing and determining whether generated content is appropriate for your intended use.

You should not rely on AI-generated content as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice.

4. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the App and for any content you upload, generate, save, or share through the App.

You are also responsible for complying with applicable laws and respecting the rights of other individuals.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, interface, branding, text, graphics, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Riyad El-Qasery unless otherwise stated.

Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer the App or its protected materials without authorization.

Your use of the App does not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content you upload.

We are not responsible for the independent practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Riyad El-Qasery will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary, including where a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, or uses the App unlawfully.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If you continue to use the App after updated Terms become effective, your continued use may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
