Hello, I’m Ritesh Dalton, an entry-level HSE and Safety Professional from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

I am building my career in the field of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) with a genuine interest in creating safer workplaces and learning how effective safety systems can prevent workplace incidents.

My professional focus is on developing practical knowledge in occupational health and safety, hazard identification, risk assessment, fire safety, emergency response and workplace safety compliance.

My HSE Journey

My interest in workplace safety has led me to complete IOSH Managing Safely (IOSH MS) along with additional training in Behaviour Based Safety Management, First Aid at Work, Fire Safety Principles and Applied Workplace Safety Compliance.

I have also completed additional learning through ITCILO (International Training Centre of the ILO), UN CC:Learn and Alison, covering areas related to occupational safety, major industrial accident prevention, environmental awareness and fire safety.

I am currently pursuing the NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) and an Advanced Diploma in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment & Risk Management (ADSHERM) as part of my continuing professional development.

Education

I completed my Higher Secondary (10+2) education through the UP Board in 2020–2021 and my Secondary School (10th) education through the CBSE Board in 2017–2018.

Alongside my formal education, I continue to develop my professional knowledge through HSE certifications, online courses and safety-focused training.

Career Objective

My goal is to establish myself as a capable and responsible HSE / EHS professional and grow through practical experience.

I am particularly interested in entry-level opportunities such as:
