My family is my anchor. I’ve been married to my ER nurse husband for 26 years and our son graduated from TRHS in 2020. You can find me connecting with friends through community events like Cold Case & Cocktails or speakers at the Mansion. I love staying active with sports like our community 5K races and playing volleyball. I’m an avid reader and enjoy podcasts. Originally from western Pennsylvania, I’ve embraced Colorado’s beauty since 1994 and have built a life of purpose and connection here. I’ve lived in Douglas County since 2002 and moved to Highlands Ranch in April of 2014.
As Highlands Ranch marks 44 years, I appreciate the work of past and present board members. Their service has shaped our community. However, I believe fresh perspectives are needed and beneficial. With some current members serving over a decade, new ideas are crucial for growth. As part of the largest age group in the community, I’m committed to balanced progress; honoring our history while ensuring a vibrant future for all generations. I’m eager to serve and collaborate for positive change.
For over a decade, I’ve served our community, advancing conservative values through leadership, grassroots efforts, and community service. A longtime member of Valley View Christian Church, I’ve led youth groups, connected women via Bible studies, and supported our high school sports teams. Civically minded, I champion voter outreach and education. With community training from the HR Citizen’s Academy and other leadership trainings, I’m committed to ensuring our community continues to thrive.
With over 20 years of management and training experience and 10+ years in recruiting, I excel in leadership development, staff building, and coaching. As a solutions-driven problem solver, I foster strong organizational relationships and influence teams for success. Skilled in facilitation, group presentations, and consultative sales and marketing, I bring a strategic approach to growth and engagement. My expertise ensures impactful leadership and effective communication in any environment.
