My Journey to Healing & Empowerment
For a long time, I felt trapped in my own mind—overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with OCD, and carrying the weight of unresolved trauma. Growing up, I experienced bullying, a difficult home life, and a fractured relationship with my mother. From a young age, I found myself raising my brothers, taking on responsibilities I wasn’t prepared for, and pushing my own emotions aside to survive.
With no real coping skills, I turned to anything that could provide relief. Addiction became an escape—a way to feel good, to feel in control, even if just for a moment. But as my addiction escalated, something deep inside told me that this wasn’t the life I was meant to live. Even when I didn’t believe I deserved better, I knew I had to try.
At just 16, I was on my own, navigating the world without guidance. Getting clean meant leaving behind everything I knew, including the people who were part of that life. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but I slowly rebuilt myself. I found better people, ones who truly cared about me. I worked on my anxiety, gained confidence, and built a life that felt stable.
But I wasn’t healed—I was just functioning.
Then COVID hit. With nothing but time and silence, I was forced to confront everything I had buried for years. The trauma, the emotions, the self-doubt—I could no longer outrun them. Insomnia became my breaking point. I wasn’t just struggling to sleep; I was struggling to exist. I felt like I was failing as a wife, a friend, and as a person. Desperate for relief, I turned to sound baths, hoping for just one night of rest.
That night, for the first time in what felt like forever, I felt a sense of peace. It didn’t last, but it sparked something inside me. I started therapy with a Buddhist psychologist and Reiki Master who introduced me to an integrative healing approach. At first, I was skeptical—but I was also open. And that openness changed my life.
Through therapy, Reiki, meditation, and holistic healing practices, I discovered something I had never had before—true self-worth. I learned to show up for myself, take accountability for my life, and embrace the love I had always deserved. For the first time, I wasn’t just surviving—I was thriving.
As I healed, I realized I wanted to help others find their own healing. I believe everyone has the tools they need within themselves—they just need to uncover them and gain new ones along the way. I don’t heal others, but I help guide them toward their own healing by providing support, tools, and practices that can empower them to take control of their own journey.
That’s why I became a Holistic Wellness Coach.
Through Reiki, guided meditation, positive psychology, breathwork, and sound therapy, I help people tap into their own healing potential. My role is to help them uncover the tools they already have within, and offer new tools to empower them to step into their full potential. My goal is to support others as they break free from the patterns that hold them back, heal from the inside out, and live with purpose and confidence.
Today, I no longer live on autopilot. I embrace life for what it is, and I go for it. I’m no longer afraid of my own light, and I want to help others embrace theirs.

And I also know that healing is possible.
My mission is simple: to help you step into your power, reconnect with yourself, and create a life that feels aligned, fulfilling, and free.
I believe healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself—because you are not broken. It’s about peeling back the layers of conditioning, trauma, and self-limiting beliefs to reveal the person you’ve always been underneath. True transformation doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s not a one-size-fits-all process. That’s why I take a holistic, personalized approach—one that nurtures your mind, body, and soul.
What I Believe About Healing & Growth
Healing is not linear.

Real change starts with self-compassion.
🌿 You cannot shame yourself into healing. You have to meet yourself with love, patience, and grace—even on the hard days.
Because I know what it’s like to feel lost.

Understanding human flourishing and practical applications of positive psychology. This training deepens knowledge on gratitude, mindfulness, strengths-based coaching, and strategies for overcoming challenges with a growth-oriented mindset.
📌 Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Certificate – School of Positive Transformation
Guiding individuals in developing mindfulness practices for clarity and peace. This program provided training in various meditation techniques, breathwork, and mindfulness strategies to help reduce stress and promote emotional balance.
📌 First & Second Degree Usui Reiki Practitioner –
A Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
💫 First Degree Reiki focuses on self-healing and hands-on energy work, teaching foundational techniques for channeling Reiki energy.
💫 Second Degree Reiki deepens the practice, introducing distant healing, advanced energy techniques, and symbols to enhance the flow of Reiki energy.
While I don’t yet hold formal certifications in sound therapy or breathwork, both have been powerful tools in my personal healing journey and the work I do with clients.
🔹 Sound Therapy – I’ve personally experienced the profound effects of sound healing in calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and creating a deep sense of balance. Through my own practice and research, I incorporate sound elements such as singing bowls and frequency-based healing to help clients achieve relaxation and emotional release.
🔹 Breathwork – Breath is one of the most accessible yet transformative tools we have. I use guided breathwork techniques to help clients regulate emotions, release stored tension, and tap into a deeper state of awareness. These methods are drawn from my personal healing journey, continuous learning, and experience working with clients.
As I continue expanding my knowledge, my goal is to deepen my expertise with formal training in these areas. In the meantime, I integrate these practices in a way that is approachable, safe, and supportive for those looking to explore holistic healing.
