ABOUT
Rishav Jaiswal is a PhD Candidate in Civil Engineering at McMaster University. His research focuses on improving the resilience of bridges and transportation networks under multiple hazards, while also exploring the role of intelligent transportation systems in future infrastructure. Rishav holds a Master’s degree from IIT Patna and has professional experience as a Civil Engineer with the Government of Nepal, where he worked on highways and building design. He has published widely in journals and conferences and is skilled in structural analysis of buildings & bridges, structural reliability analysis, risk assessment, & machine learning. His strong academic background, research contributions, and leadership experience make him a promising researcher in the field of infrastructure resilience.
