ABOUT us
RISE, which stands for Rights for Individuals of All Sexualities and Expressions, is a group organization dedicated to activism and advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights and equal protection under the law. We hope to improve living conditions and maintain LGBTQ+ rights while providing a safe space and support group for people of any sexuality and expression.
As a group, we plan to do regular meetings and are willing to act via methods such as contacting people in office, protesting, and overall promotion of LGBTQ rights and fighting against anti-LGBTQ people and companies. All who are willing to join in on our fight are welcome. No one stands alone if we stand together.

Mission
Our mission is to support LGBTQ+ rights under the law and ensure a future where everyone can be treated equally. As a group, we intend to do any activism and advocation we need to in order to protect LGBTQ+ people, and as a member of our group, people should be prepared to do activism, both in-person and not, as a way to ensure this future. We also want to offer a safe space to any LGBTQ people who need it and are willing to support one another on this journey to equality.

Our vision is to build a society where people of all sexualities, and expressions are embraced without prejudice or discrimination. We envision a future where LGBTQ individuals feel safe, valued, and celebrated for who they are. We hope for a future where LGBTQ people aren't looked down on as lesser than non-LGBTQ individuals, but rather as equals in society.
