Transportation only services are available from a minimum of 2 hours.
Babysitting / Housework / Cooking Support
¥1,800 per hour + transportation fee

Sick Child Care Policy
For mild symptoms under 37.5°C,
we can provide care at the regular rate.
We do not accept cases involving:
infectious diseases ,vomiting
diarrhea.
or situations requiring special medical care.
If a fever develops during care,
an additional ¥500 per hour will be charged.
Transportation Fee
Up to ¥3,000 (actual cost).
If a taxi is required late at night,
the actual fare must be covered
by the client.
(Maximum limit: ¥10,000)
Extension Fee
¥400 per 10 minutes
Cancellation Policy
To secure staff scheduling,
the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation the day before:
50% of the service fee
Same-day cancellation:
100% of the service fee
Important Information
About Reservations & Payment
Your reservation will be confirmed
after payment has been received.
All payments must be made in advance.
If you would like to extend the service on the
day, please consult directly with the staff .
Even if the start time is delayed,
the end time will remain as originally scheduled.
For regular (recurring) services, the same staff
will generally be assigned.
However, due to illness or
personal circumstances, another staff member
may be assigned when necessary.
In cases of:
typhoons, transportation
disruptions, or other unsafe conditions
we will contact you in advance if we determine
that it is not safe to visit.
If the staff member does not arrive at the
scheduled time,the service will be extended
accordingly.
If you request grocery shopping or
purchasing services,the staff member will pay
in advance and the cost will be charged to you
after the service.
In unavoidable circumstances such as
staff illness or family emergencies,
we may need to cancel the service.
We will inform you as early as possible
and appreciate your understanding.
For privacy protection, please refrain from
asking for any personal information of the staff
(address, contact details, social media accounts, etc.).
Payment by credit card is available.
If you are unable to use a credit card,
please consult with us in advance.
We can offer alternative payment methods
(such as bank transfer),
but additional transaction fees may apply.
