Rave It Out Season 2: The Final Update

This is it! We finally finished the game. It only took us 4 years.

Changelogs

1.01:

• Fixed the game picking a random song every time even if you use a profile.

• Added a background for Clarity (We forgot to include it in 1.00).

1.00:

• The title screen says Rave It Out: Season 2.

• Added Sandstorm, Sandstorm Audioscape Remix, Faint, and We No Speak Americano. Maybe more.

• Added Convention mode, skip the mode select!

• Added the anime theme for YOU WEABOOS

• Optimized heart/song length management and rewrote it on the engine side, now it works like StepF2. No more random game overs after playing a shortcut! Less song select lag!

• Results screen shows your current noteskin, speed, and BGA mode.

• Bugfixes, bugfixes everywhere.

• We fixed the BGA sync finally. Actually, we just packed all the MP4s in an mkv container and called a day, but it works.

Changelog:

- 90% done spanish translation

- Removed P3 and P4 input mapping. It never worked properly in the first place.

- Mixtapes descriptions show up consistently

- OptionsList works in mixtapes mode now

- Windows XP support, memory leak fixes, audio engine changed (should be able to run nonstop now?)

- Easy Mode songs no longer appear in other modes

- Forced noteskins added. Per chart. Use #NOTESKINS tag in chart. Only one noteskin per chart works currently, StepF2 co-op format still not supported…

- Improved lighting generation if you have a device that can output cabinet lights. (PacDrive, Parallel, PIUIO, etc)

- Improved credits screen. Now it's a video!

- Extra Stage and OMES actually works this time, for sure (actually the OMES is broken now but the Extra Stage works)

- Show the avatar in the profile customization screen now

- Slight font and animation changes in theme, some new judgment graphics

- Special thanks: DinsFire for lighting and memory leak fixes, chrispable for WinXP support & audio fixes, nitrobear for Spanish translation.

Updating from the first S2 release?

Extract the new version into a different folder. Delete the Save folder from the new version. Move the Save, SongMovies, and SongPreviews folders from the old version into the new version. Now you can delete the old version.

You only have to download the new SongMovies and SongPreviews for the new songs from the MEGA, do not delete the old ones!
