Title: In-silico Development of Novel Plasmid Construct for Production of Recombinant Chitinase in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Highlights:
Two novel plasmids, pESC-TRPGAl1, 10Chitinase2 and pESC-TRPPHO5chitinase2, are designed to enhance production rates, control gene expression, and facilitate industrial enzyme production.
The plasmids contain genetic cassettes with strong bidirectional promoters (GAL1, GAL10), signal sequences for protein secretion, and 6xHis genetic tags for recombinant protein detection.
The activity and thermostability of the recombinant chitinase are compared with those of wild-type chitinase produced by C. albicans.
Significant Contributions: The research contributes significantly to recombinant protein production in biotechnology, with potential implications for various applications.
