Conduct experiments for Anion Exchange Membrane Water Electrolysis. Our Aiming to investigate AEM performance, as being a new technology, one of type as the second-generation hydrogen energy converting device which is the widely available non-precious metal catalyst. Moreover, A EM water electrolysis has potential benefits and will reduce capital costs. The focuses of this work are to fabricate a new kind of AEM water electrolysis using gas diffusion layers (GDLs) with catalyst 40% Pt on Vulcan XC-37R. In another hand, several methods to enhance influencing the performance of the GDEs, the effect of the MEA fabrication method such as with hot pressing (70 ℃, 3 m, 50 Kg/cm2 MPa) and without hot-pressing, catalyst type (60% Pt on Vulcan XC-70R & Ni 40% XC-70), the flow rate of reactant(1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 rpm), and catalyst loading (0.5, 2,4 mg/cm2 ) were examined.

In order to fulfill our duties as Digital Outreach Officers for BRI Taipei Branch on Sunday, December 10, 2023, coinciding with the NOAH concert at Taouyuan Sunlight Arena, we executed a series of carefully planned activities. The activities commenced at 09:00 local Taiwan time with a briefing and pre-operation simulation to ensure the smooth execution of our tasks.
At 10:00 local Taiwan time, our team of 18 individuals began mobilizing to the concert field area. Our primary objective was to engage with the attending audience, offer BRImo or BRI Mobile products, and assist them in opening digital accounts. However, in the course of carrying out these tasks, we encountered several noteworthy challenges.
One of the hurdles we faced was that a significant number of Indonesian nationals (WNI) we interviewed were reluctant to provide their data and grievances. Additionally, many migrant workers who wished to open accounts were hindered by limited access to their E-KTP (Electronic Identity Cards) due to residing in Indonesia or being in detention by the relevant PT (Private Company). Physical E-KTPs are a prerequisite for digital account opening.
Another challenge we confronted was the relatively slow network within the concert arena. This was attributed to the high density of attendees, resulting in slower app downloads than expected.
Furthermore, we discovered that blocked cards could not be reactivated for use in mobile banking. The solution we proposed was to open a new digital account for those facing this issue.
To incentivize individuals to open digital accounts, we provided cashback incentives of 100,000 NTD, 300,000 NTD, and 500,000 NTD, as well as enticing prizes such as FIFA U17 jerseys and round-trip tickets between Jakarta and Taiwan.
During our assignment, we also provided lunch and dinner for our team members and offered transportation allowances, along with a minimum wage of 200 NTD per hour to all team members. This was done to ensure that our team could carry out their tasks effectively and feel appreciated for their contributions.
In conclusion, despite encountering several challenges during our duties as Digital Outreach Officers for BRI Taipei Branch, we endeavored to provide the best possible service to the community while adhering to all applicable rules and requirements. We believe that our efforts will help raise awareness among the public about the digital products and services we offer and provide tangible benefits to them.
