What are System Specifications?
System specifications are the detailed requirements and features of a computer or device, including hardware (like processor, memory, and storage) and software capabilities. They describe what a system can do and what it needs to work.
▪️Processing Speed - Processing speed is how quickly a computer or device can complete tasks and handle data. E.g: a computer's processor running at 3.5 GHz, meaning it can perform 3.5 billion operations per second,
▪️Memory - Memory is where data and programs are stored for immediate use.E.g: Random Access Memory (RAM).
Hard Disk Drives
▪️Secondary storage - Secondary storage devices are used to store data outside of a computer's main system and can be used to store data permanently. E.g:Magnetic Storage (hard disk drives), Optical Storage (CD's), Solid state storage (USB memory stick).
