1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using RightSwipe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

RightSwipe provides AI-powered analysis of dating profile screenshots. You must be 17 years or older to use this app. You agree not to upload screenshots containing content that is illegal, depicts minors, or violates any third party's rights.

3. Purchases and Credits

Scan credits are consumable in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. Credits do not expire but are tied to the device and Apple ID used for purchase.

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer

RightSwipe's analysis is generated by AI and is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate. We make no representations that following any coaching advice will result in improved dating outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and branding is owned by Hennything HQ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hennything HQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RightSwipe.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
