1. Information We Collect

RightSwipe processes screenshots of dating profiles that you voluntarily upload. These images are sent to an AI analysis service solely to generate your profile score and coaching feedback.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly. We collect age and gender preference information you provide during onboarding to personalise your analysis results.

The photos you upload may contain images of your face. We do not extract, generate, or store any biometric data, facial geometry, or faceprints. Your photos are analyzed solely for visual quality factors such as lighting, composition, framing, and context. No facial recognition technology is used.

No face data or biometric information is collected, generated, or retained at any point during analysis.

2. How We Use Your Information

Screenshots you upload are used exclusively to perform the AI analysis you requested. Images are processed in real time and are not stored, saved, or retained on our servers after your analysis is complete. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

RightSwipe uses the following third-party services:

Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI analysis of uploaded screenshots. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy. 

Anthropic (Claude AI) — Your uploaded photos and preferences (age, gender preference) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for real-time analysis. Anthropic processes this data solely to generate your results and does not retain your photos or personal data after processing. Your data is not used to train AI models. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.

No face data, biometric data, or uploaded photos are retained after your analysis is complete. Data is processed in real-time only.

RevenueCat — In-app purchase management. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple StoreKit — Payment processing. Apple's privacy policy is available at apple.com/privacy.

4. Data Retention

We do not retain uploaded screenshots after your analysis session ends. Purchase records are managed by Apple and RevenueCat in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

5. Children's Privacy

RightSwipe is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 17.

6. Your Rights

You may contact us at hnythngnz@gmail.com to request information about any data we hold or to request deletion.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
