RiffLogic LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Command Part 107 mobile application. Your privacy is our priority, and this policy explains our stance on data collection for this application.

Command Part 107 is designed to function entirely offline.
Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
Usage Data: We do not track your app usage, progress, or session duration. All study progress remains stored locally on your device and is not accessible by RiffLogic LLC.
Device Permissions: This app does not require access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or any other sensitive device permissions.
2. Third-Party Services
While our app does not collect data, it is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google may collect certain information, such as your device model and OS version, for the purpose of app distribution and crash reporting.
Payments: Any in-app purchases are handled directly by Google Play. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing address.
3. Children's Privacy
Our app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected from any user, we are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
4. Security
Since we do not collect any user data, there is no risk of your personal information being compromised from our servers. We recommend you keep your mobile device secure to protect your local study progress.
5. Data Deletion
All app data — including study progress, quiz scores, and settings — is stored locally on your device. RiffLogic LLC does not store any of your data on external servers. To delete your data, you can do any of the following:
Clear App Data: Go to your device's Settings > Apps > Command Part 107 > Storage > Clear Data. This will remove all locally stored progress and reset the app.
Uninstall the App: Removing Command Part 107 from your device will permanently delete all associated data.

Welcome to Command Part 107. By downloading or using our app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
You may not use the content within the app to create a competing product.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of the app are restricted behind a subscription or one-time purchase.
Billing: Payments are handled exclusively through the Google Play Store.
Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your Google Play account settings.
Refunds: All refund requests must be processed through Google Play. RiffLogic LLC does not directly issue refunds for in-app purchases.

Command Part 107 is a study aid.
No Guarantee: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that you will pass the FAA Part 107 exam by using this app.
