Not misuse passenger information.
RideX may use location information and other relevant data to connect passengers with available drivers.
Availability of a driver is not guaranteed, and estimated pickup or arrival times may vary because of traffic, location, weather, network conditions, or other circumstances.
RideX may use precise or approximate location information to provide ride booking, driver matching, navigation, realtime ride tracking, and safety-related functionality.
Drivers may be required to enable location services while they are online or performing an active ride.
Ride fares may be calculated based on factors such as distance, duration, location, applicable pricing rules, tolls, fees, and other relevant charges.
Where electronic payments are supported, transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their selected payment method is valid and authorized.
Passengers and drivers may be permitted to cancel rides according to the rules displayed in the RideX application.
Cancellation charges may apply where permitted and clearly communicated to the user.
