By downloading, installing, or using RideRank, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use RideRank.
RideRank is a GPS-based speed and trip tracking tool for personal use. It is designed for responsible drivers who want to track their rides safely and accurately.
By using RideRank, you agree to the following:
You will obey all local traffic laws and speed limits at all times.
You will never interact with your phone while driving. Always mount your device securely before starting a trip.
You will never use this app to encourage, promote, or engage in dangerous, reckless, or illegal driving of any kind.
You understand that no speed reading, score, or stat displayed in RideRank is worth compromising your safety or the safety of others.
You are solely responsible for your driving behaviour and its consequences at all times.
RideRank offers an optional global and country leaderboard. By participating, you agree that your chosen display name, country, and ride statistics will be publicly visible to other users.
You agree that you will not:
Use a display name or submit any content that is offensive, obscene, hateful, harassing, infringing, impersonating, or otherwise objectionable.
Cheat, spoof GPS, tamper with the app, or submit false, automated, or manipulated data to gain or alter a leaderboard position.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to remove any content, display name, or leaderboard entry, and to suspend or permanently remove any user who violates these Terms. You can report an inappropriate display name using the in-app report option, and we will act on valid reports.
RideRank offers an auto-renewable subscription, RideRank Pro, which unlocks premium features. The subscription is billed yearly at the price shown in the app for your region, following any free trial offered. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; any change will apply only to future billing periods. Purchases are processed by Apple, and we never receive your payment details.
RideRank uses Apple (Game Center, CloudKit, and the App Store) to provide leaderboards and process subscriptions, and Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. Your use of these features is also subject to Apple's and Google's respective terms and privacy policies. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on what data is collected.
RideRank displays GPS-based speed, distance, and trip data for informational purposes only. This data may not be fully accurate due to GPS signal variation, device hardware, or environmental conditions. Do not use RideRank as your primary speedometer or as a substitute for your vehicle's instruments.
Kiran Gajjar and RideRank are not liable for any accidents, injuries, property damage, traffic fines, legal consequences, or damages of any kind arising from the use of this application. You use RideRank entirely at your own risk.
All content, design, and code within RideRank is the property of Kiran Gajjar. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of this app without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after any update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles.
