Users of Ride Assistant may request deletion of personal data stored by Taxi Aureum.
To request deletion, send an email to:
taxiaureum@gmail.com
Please include enough information to identify your data, such as:
the email address used when contacting support
relevant device or support information, if available
After receiving a valid deletion request, Taxi Aureum will delete applicable personal data from its systems, except where retention is required by law, security obligations, fraud prevention, or legitimate technical requirements.
Data stored only locally on the user’s device can be removed by clearing the application data or uninstalling Ride Assistant.
Requests will be processed within a reasonable period.
