Caroline Cynthia Weatherbee was born Nov 23, 1842 in Atlas, Illinois to Harrison Oliver and Jane Hawley Weatherby. Caroline is a pioneer of Richmond.
Caroline's parents were early members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and moved to Nauvoo, Illinois in 1839. In 1845, while gathering honey, Harrison was murdered. Jane married Lorenzo Dow Boothe, who died in 1847 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. While on their trek to Utah, Jane married Evan O'Bannion. The family came in the Daniel A. Miller & John W. Cooley Company in 1853 and arrived in Salt Lake City in 1853.
Caroline married John Daley Andrus on March 16, 1863 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Soon after, they moved to Richmond.
Caroline Cynthia Weatherbee died July 20, 1931 in Ogden, Utah. She was buried in the Richmond Cemetery.
