Ambrious Titensor Larsen was born April 8, 1898 in Cove to Jacob Peter and Sophia Titensor Larsen. Ambrious was a veteran of World War I.
"I received my education in several different schools. Star Valley one winter and in Preston six months. My parents divorced when I was ten years old, my mother moved to Logan and I spent a lot of my time with her. Times were hard, I had to go to work when I was eleven years old. I went to Star Valley, lived with Will Titensor until I was twelve then I came back to Logan and then went to work for Joe Hyer in Lewiston."1
Ambrious continued to work while living between his parents. In 1914, his mother died, and Ambrious began living with other family members while he continued to work. To make an extra dollar a day, he would go around Franklin, Idaho with friends to perform dances for residences.1
During one of these dances, Ambrious met Jessie Wilkinson. After he was released from the army, they were married on Sep 10, 1919 in the Logan, Utah Temple. After their marrage, they moved to Cove.1
