Nebo Creek Estates

The Nebo Creek Estates was organized in 2006. It contains five lots with about 4.24 acers per lot.

Funk Sub.

The Funk Subdivision was organized in 1994. The original land was owned and operated by Calvin & Carol Funk who bought it from LeRoy and Grace Funk in the 1950's, who purchased the land from the bank that confiscated the land and farm from Clarence and Laura Funk in the 1930's. After the death of Calvin & Carol Funk, they passed the home and farm down to one of their sons.

The original use of the subdivision was to build a single home on the land, but in more recent years more lots have been purchased. The subdivision covers 1.118 square acres with two lots, one lot for a home, and the other a commercial building for Lower's. The Funk Farmstead that is located in the subdivision does not have its own lot.

C.L.W Homestead Sub.

The C.L.W Homestead Subdivision was created in 2013. It contains three lots ranging in sizes. One lot contains a home, while the other two are registered as agricultural use. The Subdivision also contains a road that divides one lot form the other two

Richmond Hills

The Richmond Hills subdivision was created in 2005. It contains some of the most lots in the city with 17 lots in total, with nine of the lots housed and all lots having owners. It is possible that one of the lots is being used as agriculture, but it is not entirely clear.

Raymond Smith

The Raymond Smith Subdivision was created in 2014. It contains only four lots that are all house. Before the homes were built, the land was mostly abandoned. Mrs. Peggy Murray who lived near the land would tend to it to prevent fire hazards.

Kirkwood

The Kirkwood Subdivision was created in 1978. It contains five lots that are all housed.

Apedaile Sub.

The Apedaile Subdivision was created in the year 2000. It contains seven lots. Five of the lots are housed, but only one is not multipurpose in the use of being housed and agriculture land. Three of the other lots are not housed and are used for agriculture.

Attached on the east side of the Subdivision is one of Richmond City's water tanks. There is a lane from the water tank, through the subdivision, to the closes road, that is owned and operated by the city.

Schiess Minor

The Schiess Minor was created in 2015. It contains four lots that are all housed.

Richmond Deer Hollow

The Richmond Deer Hollow was created in the year 2000. When first created, it contained five lots, but now only contains four. Three of the lots are housed.

Hill Haven

Hill Haven Subdivision is one of the oldest in the city of Richmond, being organized in 1965. It contains 45 lots that are all housed.

The land was originally divided amongst five families, used for homes and agriculture. The families were Roland & Alice Anderson, Ned & Wanda Ransom, Irene Stoddard, Gene Hillyard, and LeRoy & Grace Funk. Together, they divided the land and organized Hill Haven.

Richmond Meadow Estates

The Richmond Meadows Estates were organized in two separate phases. The first phase was on the west side of the subdivision and was created in Oct. of 2006. The second phase on the east was then created in March of 2007. Together, they contain 36 different lots.

Schill

Schill Subdivision was created in 2007. It contains only three lots.

Third South

The Third South Subdivision was created in 2003. Originally only having four lots, was later divided to seven lots

Mountain Shadows

The Mountain Shadows Subdivision was created in 1973. It contains 11 lots that are all housed.

Richmond Meadows

The Richmond Meadows Subdivision was created in 1979. It contains 10 lots that are all housed.

Elk Meadows

Elk Meadows is one of the most recent subdivisions in Richmond, being created in 2020. Before it was Elk Meadows, the land was owned by Mayor Marvin Traveller and used as agriculture. The subdivision contains 11 lots, ranging in sizes of 0.33 acres to 4.12 acres. Only five of the lots are housed.

Erickson

The Erickson Subdivision was created in 1976. It was named after the Erickson family that created the subdivision. It contains 11 lots that are all housed.

Richmond Heights

The Richmond Meadows Estates were organized in two separate phases. The first phase was on the west side of the subdivision and was created in Aug. of 1995. The second phase on the east was then created in Dec. of 1999. It contains a total of 27 lots, but only 25 lots are housed. The other two lots are referred to as "Common Area," and are not housed.

The Estates of Noel Wayne Day

The Estates of Noel Wayne Day was created in 2007. I t contains only three lots that were originally used at agriculture, but are now housed.

Traveller Lane

Traveller Lane Subdivision is the most recent subdivision in Richmond being created in 2021. It contains 12 lots with only two lots housed with a few of the lots not being owned.

Cherry Creek Vista

The Cherry Creek Vista Subdivisions was created in 2014. It contains three lots that are all housed.

White Pine

The White Pine Subdivision was organized in three separate phases. The first phase was on the south end of the subdivision and was created in April of 2015. The second phase in the center was then created in May of 2016. And the third phase was created in May of 2017 on the north end. It contains 41 lots, and nearly all are housed.

Roscoe's Farm Estates

Roscoe's Farm Estates was created in 2011 with four different lots. Two of the lots are housed while the other two are used for agriculture.

Cherry Creek Heights

The Cherry Creek Hight's Subdivision was organized in three separate phases. The first phase was on the south end of the subdivision and was created in Oct. of 2000. The second phase on the west side was then created in June of 2003. And the third phase was created in Jan. of 2008 on the north end. It has the most lots than any other in the city with 73 lots, all housed.
