History
On Dec 18, 2007, during a the City Council Meeting, Mayor Mike Hall tasked City Council Member Terry Wierenga with building and publishing a website for the city.1 Richmond-utah.com was launched in Dec of 2007 to help get new out farther and faster, and to also allow individuals to pay for their utilities bills online.
Multiple changes have been made to the webpage, such as:
Theme layout change in 2009.
Theme layout change in 2014.
Richmond-utah.com domain name was changed to Richmondutah.org in 2019.
The most recent theme change sometime in June of 2022. This change was made using the Municipal Website Design website, municode.com. This site is dedicated to making webpages for cities across America, including North Ogden.
