Richmond Family Histories is a five-volume spiraled spined work containing the history of 286 Pioneers of Richmond within 1,181 pages. However, the books were printed on only the front of each page, not the rear, so the book can be compressed to be 591 pages long. Regardless, this is the largest published work about Richmond in its history.
The work was made by Richmond citizen Barbara L. Stewart between 2001 and 2002, with volumes 1-3 published in 2001 and 4-5 published in 2002. The books are organized alphabetically through the following:
Vol 1: A-B
Vol 2: C-F
Vol 3: G-H
Vol 4: I-P
Vol 5: Q-Z
In volumes 1 and 2, the following note is stated:
"Special thanks to the James & Drusilla Hendricks Camp of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers for collecting these histories. In addition to having the histories filed in the DIP Relic Hall, they will also be accessible through the Richmond City Library."
Volumes 3 and 5 states:
"Special thanks to the James & Drusilla Hendricks Camp of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers for collecting these histories. Additional information has been added to these histories from sources found in the Logan Tabernacle Family History Library. This printed history will be filed in the DUP Relic Hall, Richmond and will also be accessible through the Richmond City Library and the Logan Tabernacle Family History Library."
Volume 4 simply states:
"The histories contained within this volume are also on file at the Relic Hall, Richmond, Utah."
The volumes are available at the Merrill-Cazeir Libary at Utah State University. Only volume 3 is available at the Family Search Library in Salt Lake City, Utah.
